IDEC – GREECE
IDEC S.A is a training consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece. Its activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation and development of ICT solutions for both private and public sector. It specialises in designing of training contents based on ECVET, software and multimedia development, internet applications, distance learning, e-business and e-commerce. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies of a wide variety of sectors. It co-operates with more than 800 institutes all through Europe and with about 300 experts on specific fields.
IDEC S.A. has extensive experience in European projects, either as coordinator or as partner from different European programs and Initiatives. It has been accredited as a lifelong learning centre and organises in-service training courses for teachers and trainers, study visits and informal learning activities for students in initial education and training and provides training courses and work placements for students in vocational training and people in labour market.
IDEC S.A. organises domestic and transnational training sessions on a wide range of topics. To this end it collaborates with a network of experienced trainers and experts on various fields. It has excellent in-house training facilities, including equipment for simultaneous interpretation. Each year it hosts approx. 300 adult learners in more than 15 thematics and around 30 course sessions.

RCCI – BULGARIA
Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) is a non-governmental organisation established to support, promote, represent and protect the interests of society and assist in strengthening market and economic relations contributing to the European and international integration of the region. RCCI supports the socio-economic development of the region by providing a wide range of services and implementing a flexible policy to defend the individual and collective interests of business and society. The Chamber has extensive expertise in project management and implementation, development of methodologies and training content, conduction of researches on national and international level, organisation of business trainings, workshops and conferences, etc. RCCI regularly participates in various pan-European initiatives such as European Vocational Skills Week, the European Day of the Entrepreneur, as well as the annual participation in the initiative of Junior Achievement Bulgaria – Manager for One Day. Since 2016, the Chamber is an annual host and organizer of the pan-European event European Researchers’ Night for Ruse.

EMPHASYS – CYPRUS
Emphasys Centre, established in 1998, runs an ICT Education and VET Centre approved by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, as well as an EU Research Centre. It is staffed with a well-rounded team that includes specialists in ICT, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Law, Economics, Business, Human Rights, Architecture and Graphic Design.
Emphasys is organized in 4 directorates. The Education Directorate includes validated and accredited IT courses, such as the GCE A’ Level Computer Science for students, or the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) for professionals, while providing Career Counselling Services.
The ICT Training Directorate includes a fully equipped STEAM Learning Unit and the EU Training Unit, focusing on the provision of Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility Courses for EU professionals and citizens. Emphasys offers its services to a diverse portfolio of public and private organisations, as well as individuals from all ages and walks of life.
The STEAM UNIT is fully equipped with high tech tools in order to offer project-driven related courses to young people, combining Robotics, 3D Design and Printing using the Craftbot+ 3D Printer, and Coding through Video Game design, using state of the art Virtual Reality Headsets such as the Oculus Rift S, led by ‘Lego Education Trainer’ certified instructors. Most of the courses follow the 4C approach of Lego Education: “Connect – Construct – Contemplate – Continue”, where learners are presented with an open-ended challenge that places them in a position of solution-seeking.
The Research Directorate works with several organisations on EU projects under a number of funds (e.g. Erasmus, AMIF, Justice) in the field of education and training, while also providing managerial support for EU projects to schools and NGOs. Over the years, it has built a strong local and international network which is utilized in the promotion of EU projects and initiatives.
The Software Development Directorate is involved in the design, development, pilot-testing and evaluation of various e-learning tools, platforms, websites, applications and assessment portals, based on the needs of the various projects being implemented by the organization.
Emphasys is a member of the European Digital Learning Network (DLEARN) along with 25 other organisations from Europe aiming to promote the digital agenda of Europe, and part of the consulting group for the Digital Agenda of Cyprus.

DLEARN – ITALY
The European Digital Learning Network – DLEARN – is a no-profit association that aims to embrace the challenges brought by the digital transformation in terms of digital skills mismatch and digital learning opportunities. The 47% of Europeans is not properly digitally skilled, yet in the near future 90% of jobs will require some level of digital skills and numerous opportunities in terms of jobs that are going to shape the labour market.
The European Digital Learning Network believes in the value of SHARING, CONNECTING, MULTIPLING, ENHANCING the potential of our members, local territories and people.
Constant changes in economy and society have been urging governments to emphasize the contribution of education to a wide range of newly required skills and competencies. 21st Century skills are considered to be key enablers of responsible citizenship in an ICT-based economy.
A successful education and training in our knowledge society depend increasingly on the confident, competent and innovative use of ICT.
DLEARN wants to bring closer the experiences and the voices of local territories and people to EU policies. Nowadays this process is hindered by the presence of bigger interests, notably big corporation or umbrella organizations. With our activities and through our network we want to minimize this gap, through the achievement of bottom-up initiatives, such as:
- Closer cooperation and enhancement of our activities to a higher level through periodic project labs
- Tight networking activities and lobbying to achieve a fruitful accreditation of local needs to the relevant EU Commission DGs
- Improve existing experiences and knowledge of digital learning through sharing of practices and creation of efficient business opportunities

PLATON SCHOOL – GREECE
Our school was founded at 1997 in Katerini. Our location is between Thessaloniki and mountain Olympus. Our School is composed by nursery, kindergarten, primary and secondary and we have 650 students. Since 2002 we teach S.T.E.M to our students using the robotic tool LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 and game based co-creations methods. Our school participates in European project since 1997. Nowadays we participate in many Erasmus+ projects. Our vision is to provide to our student new more alternative and pedagogical teaching methods than the ministry of education provides.
